Objectives and activities of Foundation

• Establishment of a refugee information portal: information on their rights and integration, organization of language courses (contract with the National Refugee Agency)

• mediation in the exchange of primary medical documentation patient-medical institutions

• preparation of individual plans for patient assistance in accordance with the medical offers they receive for treatment in a particular hospital

• drawing up medical visas for foreign patients and escorts

• preparing and delivering an assisted package plan that the patient and his or her companion will use during the treatment stay (airline ticket and providing specialized transport for cases where it is necessary)

• translations and informed consent regarding the legal and medical particularities of treatment chosen to be applied to foreign patients

• optimization of the treatment process with an assistant caregiver (for the period of active rehabilitation when the patient is not self-moving)

• procedure for transportation of deceased persons on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad

• concluding memorandum of cooperation and mutual assistance in the medical and social field with hospitals in Iraq, Syria, Libya, etc., including the training of medical staff

• signing a contract with a licensed translation agency for translation and legalization of foreign medical documentation

• preparation of brochures, information materials and conducting of information campaigns and seminars

• developing joint projects with international organizations in the medical and social field and the integration of refugees

• creating integrated social, health and education services for socially disadvantaged people

The Foundation will carry out additional business activities related to the subject of the main activity, using revenues only to achieve the objectives set out in this project, with the following scope of activity

• concluding contracts for cooperation with other partner organizations, including municipalities on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria and abroad

• participates and cooperates in government projects in areas similar to the aims of the Foundation

• performs consultancy, analyzes and studies, trainings and seminars, to issue materials and other activities not prohibited by law, the revenues of which will be used only for the achievement of the above mentioned objectives

• carries out charity work

• organizes conferences, seminars and other events related to the Foundation's goals in the country and abroad, using the revenues from this activity to achieve the objectives of the Foundation

• cooperation and mediation between central, regional, local authorities, institutions and NGOs to develop common strategies with which to implement joint programs and projects

• providing against payment of social and other services related to the objectives of the Foundation

• assisting patients and people with disabilities

• execution of intellectual property transactions, including the conclusion of authorized and licensed contracts

• organizes the study of problems related to the development of healthcare

• implements and maintains links with the mass media and conducts a targeted activity to familiarize the public with the aims and work of the Foundation

• participates in the creation of centers for social integration

• performs an explanatory activity for attracting donors from the country and abroad

• other business activities that could be defined as being in line with the objectives of the Foundation and helping to achieve them

Цели:

• Основаване на информационен портал за бежанци : информация относно техните права и интеграция, организиране на езикови курсове (договор с агенцията по бежанците) това не бива да бъда първо иначе ще се разбира, че работим само за чужденци

• посредничество при обмен на първична медицинска документация пациент -лечебни заведения

• изготвяне на индивидуални планове за асистенс на пациенти, съобразно приетите от тях медицински оферти за лечение в определено болнично заведение

• изготвяне на медицински визи за чуждестранни пациенти и придружители

• изготвяне и предоставяне на план за асистенс пакет, който пациента и близките му или придружителя ще използват по време на престоя с цел лечение (самолетен билет и осигуряване на специализиран транспорт за случаи, когато това е наложително)

• преводи и информирано съгласие по отношение правно-медицинските особенности на лечението, избрано да бъде приложено за чуждестранните пациенти

• оптимизиране на процеса на долекуване със включен асистент болногледач (за периода на активно долекуване, когато пациента не е подвижен самостоятелно)

• процедура по транспортиране на починали на територията на Р България и зад граница

• сключване на меморандуми за сътрудничество и взаимопомощ в областта на медико-социалната сфера с болници в Ирак, Сирия, Либия и т.н., това число и обучаване на медицински кадри

• сключване на договор с лицензирана преводаческа агенция за превод и легализация на чуждестранна медицинска документация

• изготвяне на брошури, информационни материали и провеждане на информационни кампании и семинари

• разработване на съвместни проекти с международни организации в медико-социалната сфера и интеграцията на бежанците

• повишаване възможностите за лечение и долекуване

• създаване на интегрирани социални, здравни и образователни услуги за социално слабите групи
